Ms. Noble is a psychotherapist in Maryland and Virginia, practicing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She earned her MSW, with honors, at the Catholic University of Washington DC.  She works part-time with adolescents and adults at an inpatient psychiatric hospital. She completed six years as a therapist at a Medicaid clinic where she worked with clients with bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, self-harm, PTSD and multi-cultural family conflicts. Ms. Noble is LGBTQ-friendly and uses trauma-informed practices.  She is active in the Insight Meditation Community of Washington DC; the Greater Washington Society for Clinical Social Workers and the Association of Contextual Behavioral Therapy (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). She also brings training and expertise in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT); Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Compassion-Focused Therapy among others.
